Home again

I'm home again and I love the transition from temporary to permanent. I know I don't get to stay home often, in fact I'm leaving tomorrow to take the night train to Venice to meet the ship, but when I'm here I can relax and create. I'm sending my things over from the US and one box beat me here. Inside was my scrap basket and I happily sorted through the bits of material, thinking of future projects and possible quilt blocks.

Coming home to fabric, relaxation, and peace is the best part of my transient life. I'm on the road (sea?) again, but before I go, I wish you those three things and a little adventure thrown in.

Leah,
I love this blog!!! What a great tag line "Quilting is what I love, Travel is what I do". This is a fantastic idea, and I can't wait to see what inspires you to create these beautiful quilts!
