Love makes you do some crazy things. I quit my job at my favorite quilting magazine in order to travel with my fiancé who is a Chief Officer on a cruise ship. In each port instead of checking out the souvenirs and shore excursions, I search out any handmade or crafty things to drool over. I miss my sewing machine and fabric stash! Okay, no more complaints, it's a pretty amazing life and I want to share the things I see with you.
I went on tour to Granada, Nicaragua, which is the oldest city in the continental Americas, and at the hotel that held the lunch buffet, one of the tables was set up with these sewing machines. How did they know I was coming?
